Analysis, Measurement & Accountability Reporting Division -- Cindy Kazanis, Director
The division leverages policy and technical expertise to provide comprehensive data and statistics about California's K-12 public educational system that empower state, district and local educators, researchers, policymakers, and communities to use data to:

Identify strengths, challenges, and areas in need of improvement at state and local levels in order to advance equity and ensure that all students have access to a high-quality education;

utilize the California School Dashboard and DataQuest to examine and compare student group performance data of districts and schools to participate in decisions to improve student outcomes.
