Program Description
  • ELAP provided funds to assist pupils in grades four through eight to learn English as efficiently and as quickly as possible, as well as progress academically to meet grade-level standards, promotion, and graduation requirements.

  • To be eligible, local educational agencies must have reported one or more English learners in grades four through eight on the most recent Language Census (R-30LC).
