Therefore, a 2000 API will not be reported for this school. The State Board of Education adopted regulations to this effect on January 11, 2001 (Section 1032 (d)(4) of Article 1.7 to Subchapter 4, Chapter 2, Division 1 of Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations). |
