Attendance Accounting and Instructional Time

  1. Where can I find information and resources regarding attendance accounting and instructional time?

  2. Can charter schools claim average daily attendance for pupils who reside outside the county?

    Pursuant to Education Code Section 51747.3(c) External link opens in new window or tab., charter schools may only claim average daily attendance for pupils who are residents of the county in which the apportionment claim is reported, or who are residents of a county immediately adjacent to the county in which the apportionment claim is reported.
