Title III Data and Data Collection

Federal Addendum

Systems of Support

California's System of Support
California's system of support is one of the central components of California's accountability and continuous improvement system LEAs and their schools meet the needs of each student they serve, with a focus on building local capacity to sustain improvement and to effectively address disparities in opportunities and outcomes.

Regional English Learner Specialists
Regional English Learner Specialists (formerly known as Title III Regional County Office of Education Leads) provide guidance and support to LEAs within each of the 11 County Superintendent regions focused on the implementation and continuous improvement of Title III programs.

Title III County Office of Education Liaison Agency
The Title III COE Liaison Agency communicates information between the 11 County Superintendent regions and other entities participating in the California Statewide System of Support.
