Program Improvement LEAs Corrective Action Resources

Funding is available for local educational agencies (LEAs) that have been identified for Program Improvement (PI) Corrective Action for implementing federal corrective action and associated technical assistance requirements. Selected LEAs may be required to contract with an assigned District Assistance Intervention Team (DAIT) or state-approved DAIT, amend the LEA Plan or Plan Addendum and implement corrective actions.

Eligible Applicants	Local educational agencies
Required Eligibility Criteria	Only LEAs receiving Title I, Part A funds and subject to Corrective Action are eligible. An LEA is subject to Corrective Action when it advances to PI Year 3.
