FCMAT: School District Training and Site-Based Budgeting

Funding is allocated to the Kern County Office of Education on behalf of and for the Fiscal Crisis and Management Assistance Team (FCMAT) in support of its activities. The team assists and advises local educational agencies on their fiscal and administrative management responsibilities. This funding is for FCMAT to provide training to increase school district and school-level capacity to implement and manage site-based budgeting and decision-making governance structures.
