State Performance Plan Facilitated Review Grant: Disproportionate Representation


Funding Description

The State Performance Plan (SPP) Facilitated Review Grant specific to disproportionate representation is designed to assist local educational agencies (LEAs): (1) improve educational results and functional outcomes for all children with disabilities; and (2) ensure that LEAs meet compliance and SPP program requirements specific to disproportionality. The SPP-Technical Assistance system consists of a partnership with the California Department of Education, the Napa County Office of Education and participating school districts.

Required Eligibility Criteria This is a non-competitive grant application. Only selected grantees will receive a grant based on disproportionate representation status and finding(s) of non-compliance.
