Funding Description
This request for proposal invites submissions from eligible bidders who can design, implement, and operate a large-scale, statewide professional development project that supports high performing literacy and basic skills adult education programs, as defined by the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), Title II. The WIA, Title II requires professional development activities for teachers and administrators working in adult education programs funded by WIA, Title II.Eligibility
