The Nutrition Services Division (NSD) submitted a claim against Sunland Peanut Butter Company for the amount of $42,951, for the value of commodities returned and deemed unusable. The NSD received a settlement of $42,951. This settlement is to be pro-rated amongst agencies that were affected.
