The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m.

The meeting was an informational meeting to prepare the Commissioners for the
May 3-4, 2012, meeting.

Jill Rice, Assistant Legal Counsel, State Board of Education, briefly reviewed with the Commissioners on the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act and the Public Records Act.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
