Evaluation Study of English Language Learner Acquisition and Development Pilot

To perform an evaluation of the pilot program based on a representative of 25,000 or more English language learners to highlight successful programs of English language instruction to increase academic language proficiency of English learners that can be replicated and used as a model for other schools.
