The Parent Links (Hope! Dream! Achieve!) program will provide funding to selected Family Resource Centers to provide parent-to-parent support to families of infants identified through the California Newborn Hearing Screening Program.Eligibility

Allocation Formula | Using funding from a federal Maternal and Child Health Bureau Newborn Hearing Screening and Intervention grant, the California Department of Education will provide $10,000 per year for three years to one existing IDEA funded Family Resource Center (FRC) in the northern California region, $25,000 per year for three years to one existing IDEA funded FRC in the central California region, and $65,000 per year for three years to one existing IDEA funded FRC in the southern California region. |
