Migrant Education Prospective Statewide Re-Interviews

This proposal is to invite applicants to submit a plan to conduct statewide re-interviews with selected migrant families. It involves checking each criterion in the Certificate of Eligibility that makes students eligible for the Migrant Education Program.

Eligibility

Eligible Applicants	Institutions of higher education, local educational agencies, nonprofit organizations, other organizations or agencies
Required Eligibility Criteria	Sole proprietorships, partnerships, public or private agencies, unincorporated organizations, or associations may submit proposals in response to this RFP. The applicant must be legally constituted and qualified to do business within the State of California. If required by law, any business entity required to be registered with the California Secretary of State must submit a current Certificate of Good Standing issued by the California Secretary of State.
