This special apportionment is available to eligible joint powers agencies that received funding directly from the state for the fiscal year 2012–13 Pupil Transportation Program.

Required Eligibility Criteria Only joint powers agencies that received funding directly from the state for the 2012–13 Pupil Transportation Program are eligible. School districts and county offices of education will receive funding as part of the Local Control Funding Formula
