School Academic and Research Award


Funding Description

The purpose of the School Academic and Research Award (SARA) grant is to support and supplement the SARA pilot grant program administered by the University of California Office of the President, Tobacco-Related Disease and Research Program (TRDRP). The SARA grant fosters collaboration between researchers in California universities and California local educational agencies for the purpose of increasing the body of knowledge around what works in preventing the use of tobacco products by youth.

Required Eligibility Criteria Funding for this grant has been awarded to Contra Costa County Office of Education as a result of an application review process conducted by the University of California Office of the President, TRDRP. No further applications will be accepted for this award cycle.
