Adult Education Accountability and Assessment

Funding Description

This federal funding is for establishing a performance accountability system to measure state and local performances in Adult Basic Education; Adult Secondary Education; and English Language Acquisition, also commonly known as English as a Second Language; English Literacy and Civics Education; and Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education, which includes Integrated Education and Training.

Eligibility

Eligible Applicants Nonprofit organizations, other organizations or agencies
Required Eligibility Criteria Bidders must have a minimum of 3 years (within the last 5 years) of recent full-time experience in Adult Education: Student Assessments; Data System and Management of Information Systems; and Reports. Secondly, a demonstrated history of producing and publishing timely statistical data tables and narrative reports containing descriptive statistics and analyses, at state and federal level. In addition, they provided training and technical support to local agencies on how to use data and reports.
