Proposition 98 General Fund Reversions
as of May 31, 2014
Pursuant to the Budget Act of 2013, Chapter 20, Statutes of 2013, as amended by Chapter 357, Statutes of 2013, Item 6110–001–0001, Provision 9, the California Department of Education (CDE) is required to submit reports regarding Proposition 98 General Fund Reversions by October, 31 March 31, and May 31 of each year to the Assembly and Senate Budget Committees, the Department of Finance, and the Legislative Analyst's Office. This report identifies potential Proposition 98 General Fund that may be available for reversion by June 30 of the current year. This report also identifies Child Care General Fund that may be available for reversion by June 30 of the current year.
