Executive Summary

This report is required by Item 6100-001-0001 of the 2025 Budget Act, Provision 7. This provision requires to submit reports regarding Proposition 98 General Fund Reversion balances by October 31, March 31, and May 31 of each year to the Assembly and Senate Budget Committees, the Department of Finance, and the Legislative Analyst’s Office. This report identifies Proposition 98 funding that will be available to be swept June 30, 2026.
