Proposition 98 General Fund Reversions
as of May 31, 2015
Pursuant to the Budget Act of 2014, Chapter 25, Statutes of 2014, as amended by Chapter 663, Statutes of 2014, Item 6110–001–0001, Provision 9, the California Department of Education (CDE) is required to submit reports regarding Proposition 98 General Fund Reversions by October, 31 March 31, and May 31 of each year to the Assembly and Senate Budget Committees, the Department of Finance, and the Legislative Analyst's Office. This report identifies potential Proposition 98 General Fund that may be available for reversion by June 30 of the current year. This report also identifies Child Care General Fund that may be available for reversion by June 30 of the current year.
