Proposition 98 General Fund Reversions

Executive Summary
Pursuant to the Budget Act of 2011, Chapter 33, Statutes of 2011, 6110-001-0001, Provision 9, the California Department of Education CDE) is required to submit reports regarding Proposition 98 General Fund reversion by October 31, March 31, and May 31 of each year to the Assembly and Senate Budget Committees, the Department of Finance, and the Legislative Analyst's Office. This report identifies potential Proposition 98 General Fund that may be available for reversion by June 30 of the current year. This report also identifies Child Care General Fund that may be available for reversion by June 30 of the current year.
