Farm to Summer Celebration Week- Post-Survey


If your agency participated in the Farm to Summer (F2Summer) Celebration Week, celebrated June 16–20, 2025, we would love to hear from you! Please take a moment to complete the post-survey and share your experience. Completing the survey ensures that we can recognize your team for their efforts. It also provides us with valuable feedback to improve the program, helping us continue to support Summer Meal Program (SMP) operators across California.

Background

The California Department of Education (CDE) recognizes SMP operators who complete the three key elements during the F2Summer Celebration Week: 1) Taste, 2) Teach, and 3) Connect. These activities are completed during the designated F2Summer Celebration Week. SMP operators need to submit the post-survey to qualify for the recognition, which includes:

  • One in a Melon Award Certificate
  • F2Summer Online Badge
  • Recognition during the Nutrition Services Division Town Hall
  • A mention on the CDE website
