Item 1-Subject: ACSE Strategic Plan. The ACSE intends to engage in a strategic planning process for the 2013–14 fiscal year. Strategic planning represents the central work of an organization or group. An effective strategic planning process helps organizational members clarify their shared purpose, establish realistic goals, and align their time, energy, and financial resources to support key priorities.
