The California Healthy Kids Resource Center maintains a comprehensive collection of health education materials for use by teachers, administrators, university faculty, local educational agency staff, and other professionals who work with preschool through twelfth grade students in school settings and after-school programs.

Content Standards
Content standards, adopted by the California State Board of Education, were designed to encourage the highest achievement of every student, by defining the knowledge, concepts, and skills that students should acquire at each grade level.
