- To ensure that the Commission meets the auxiliary aids and service requirements of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Title 2 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 - 28 Code of Federal Regulations 35.160(B)(2), request for accommodation should be made to the Commission ten (10) days in advance of the scheduled meeting date.
