Title IV, Part A, Student Support and Academic Enrichment, Fiscal Year 2020-21


Funding Description

The Student Support and Academic Enrichment program under Title IV, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) is a federal categorical program contained in the Consolidated Application. These funds are intended to increase the capacity of local educational agencies (LEAs) to meet the goals of the ESSA by providing all students with access to a well-rounded education, improving school conditions for student learning, and improving use of technology in order to improve the academic achievement and digital literacy of all students.

Required Eligibility Criteria The LEA must have received funding under Title I, Part A, in 2019-20.
Other Eligibility Considerations Completion of the Consolidated Application and Reporting System and submitted Federal Addendum.
