Absenteeism

The Absenteeism Downloadable Files page provides access to data about student absenteeism, including chronic absenteeism and absenteeism by reason counts and rates, disaggregated by race/ethnicity, gender, student program group, and grade span.

Accountability

Annual Enrollment

The Annual Enrollment Downloadable Files page provides access to data about the number of students enrolled in California public K–12 schools and districts disaggregated by race/ethnicity, gender, grade, and student program group.

Assessment

The Assessment Downloadable Files page provides access to data about how students are performing on the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP), the English Language Proficiency Assessments (ELPAC), and other assessments.

CALPADS Unduplicated Pupil Count (UPC)

The CALPADS UPC Downloadable Files page provides access to data about the Unduplicated Pupil Count (UPC) of students who are eligible for free or reduced-price meals (FRPM), English learners (EL), and/or foster youth which is used in the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF).

CBEDS School/District Information

The CBEDS School/District Information Downloadable Files page provides access to data collected through the California Basic Educational Data System (CBEDS) regarding estimated teacher hires, kindergarten program types, school calendars, and languages of instruction, and classified staff.
