Apportionment for the
Special Olympics of Northern and Southern California
Fiscal Year 2018-19

This apportionment, in the amount of $2,000,000, is made from the General Fund to the Special Olympics of Northern California and the Special Olympics of Southern California pursuant to Section 146 of Assembly Bill 1808 (Chapter 32, Statutes of 2018). Funding is provided for the purposes of supporting the Unified Champion Schools Program, the Healthy Athletes Program, and the Community Sports Program, and shall be available for the 2018–19, 2019–20 and 2020–21 fiscal years. This apportionment represents an equal distribution of the funds between the two organizations and reflects 100 percent of available funds. Warrants will be mailed approximately three weeks from the date of this Notice.
