Developing, Aligning, and Improving Systems of Academic and Behavioral Supports (ISABS)

To all Prospective Applicants:

Please use this errata to update your copy of the RFA. This errata hereby revises as follows:

Section III Accountability Part E. Program Outcome Measures, Data Reporting, and Performance Period

Delete:

  • Successful Applicant Reporting Requirements:

By September 30 of each fiscal year (2015–2016, 2016–2017, 2017–2018) the successful applicant shall submit an Annual Report to the SSPI summarizing how the successful applicant used the funds in the prior fiscal year. Annual Reports are also required by September 30 of fiscal years 2018–2019 and 2019–2020 but will not include any expenditure reporting. Annual Reports shall include all of the following:

By September 30 of each fiscal year (2015–2016, 2016–2017, 2017–2018, 2018–2019 and 2019–2020) the successful applicant shall submit an Annual Report to the SSPI that reports information as specified in the RFA including how the successful applicant used the funds in the prior fiscal year. If expenditures continue beyond 2020, the successful applicant shall continue to submit an Annual Report to the SSPI that reports information as specified in the RFA including how the successful applicant used the funds in the prior fiscal year.

Section III Accountability Part F. Reporting Requirements

Delete language that has been stricken through. Expenditure reporting should be included as component of every Annual Report, not just years one through three.

Add italicized language to reflect that reporting may be required beyond 2020 if funds remain to be expended.
