Invitation to Submit Document

The Invitation to Submit (ITS) document describes the process of participation in the 2026 ELA/ELD Instructional Materials Follow-up Adoption and cites the many state laws and regulations governing the process. The CDE has now posted the ITS on the CDE Instructional Materials web page at https://www.cde.ca.gov/ci/rl/im/, under the “publisher information” tab. Please review this information carefully.

Invitation to Submit Publisher Briefing

Additionally, we invite you to attend the ITS Publisher Briefing to be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. ± (plus or minus). You may attend this briefing in person in the auditorium at the East End Complex, 1500 Capitol Ave., Sacramento, CA 95814, or online via Zoom. We will share Zoom information via email at a later date.
