Apportionment for the
Special Olympics of Northern and Southern California
Fiscal Year 2019–20

This apportionment, in the amount of $4,000,000, is made from the General Fund to the Special Olympics of Northern California and the Special Olympics of Southern California pursuant to Section 86 of Senate Bill 75 (Chapter 51, Statutes of 2019). Funding is provided for the purposes of supporting the Unified Champion Schools Program, the Healthy Athletes Program, and the Community Sports Program, and shall be available for the 2019–20, 2020–21 and 2021–22 fiscal years. This apportionment represents an equal distribution of the funds between the two organizations and reflects 100 percent of funds appropriated in fiscal year 2019–20. Warrants will be mailed approximately three weeks from the date of this Notice.
