Please use this addendum to update your copy of the RFP. This addendum hereby revises RFP CN120281, as follows:

The STD. 830 is available to download at the link provided above.
     
11. Enterprise Zone Act
    
    Information regarding this preference program may be obtained at: http://www.dgs.ca.gov/pd/Programs/DisputeResolution.aspx Bidders seeking to obtain Enterprise Zone Act (EZA) preference must complete and submit the EZA Preference Request, STD. 831, with their Bid submission. The STD. 831 is available to download at the link provided above.
     
12. Local Agency Military Base Recovery Area Act
    
    Information regarding this preference program may be obtained at: http://www.dgs.ca.gov/pd/Programs/DisputeResolution.aspx Bidders seeking to obtain a Local Agency Military Base Recovery Area Act (LAMBRA) preference must complete and submit the LAMBRA Request, STD. 832, with their Bid submission. The STD. 832 is available to download at the link provided above.

The following three attachments are required if the bidder is seeking to obtain preference for one of the following preference programs; Target Area Contract Preference Act (TACPA), Enterprise Zone Act (EZA), and/or the Local Military Base Recovery Area Act (LAMBRA).

Target Area Contract Preference Act (TACPA) Preference (STD. 830) must be completed, signed and dated with an original signature on the form included with the ORIGINAL Technical Proposal and a copy of the form included with each copy of the Technical Proposal if bidder is seeking to obtain TACPA preference.
