The School Fiscal Services Division presented a webinar on September 15, 2026 that reviews the LEA instructional time requirements and attendance for apportionment, including recent legislative changes, Transitional Kindergarten (TK), guidance on apportionment-significant requirements of Attendance Recovery and Independent Study, and important updates on the Form J-13A process for waivers of instructional time requirements due to emergency events.
