Information on department-related bulletins and notices, public meetings and agendas, and instructions on how the public may submit written comments or otherwise participate in administrative proceedings, meetings, and hearings.

The Government Modernization, Efficiency, Accountability, and Transparency Act of 2005 requires each state agency post to its website all bulletins and notices related to regulations that are required pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act and the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act, and information on how the public can participate in administrative procedures, meetings, and hearings. Notices of proposed actions to adopt, amend, or repeal regulations for the California Department of Education (CDE), the State Board of Education (SBE), and the State Superintendent of Public Instruction (SSPI) can be found on the Proposed Rulemaking & Regulations web page.
