Figure 10.1. Gender Share of STEM Jobs
This is a double-bar graph. The y-axis is percent of workforce and is marked from 0 to 100 in 20 percent increments. The first set of bars shows “All Jobs” and that just over 40 percent of jobs are held by men and just over 40 percent of jobs are held by women. The second set of bars shows “Science and Engineering Jobs” and that about 70 percent of these jobs are held by men and about 30 percent are held by women.
