Cash Management Data Collection (CMDC) System
The CMDC system is a web-based reporting tool used by school districts, direct funded charter schools, and county offices of education on a quarterly basis to report the cash balance for each of the programs, listed below, for which they are eligible. Quarterly payments are calculated based on the information provided by LEAs in this report.

Every Student Succeeds Act Per-Pupil Expenditure Reporting
A web-based application used by local educational agencies to report financial information for the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Per-Pupil Expenditure (PPE) survey.

Financial Reporting - SACS Web System
The Standardized Account Code Structure (SACS) Web financial reporting system used by local educational agencies in preparing budgets, interim reports, and year-end financial reports.

Fiscal Oversight
A webpage offering resources and guidelines to ensure financial stability for LEAs, including school districts and county offices of education.

Form J-13A
The Request for Allowance of Attendance due to Emergency Conditions (Form J-13A) is used by LEAs to obtain approval of attendance and instructional time credit in the event of an emergency when one or more schools were closed, when schools were kept open but experienced a material decrease in attendance, or when attendance records have been lost or destroyed.

Infant Reallocation and Growth Report
A web-based application used by special education local plan areas to view reallocation growth units for the Infant Program (ages two and younger).

Principal Apportionment Data Collection
Software used by local educational agencies (LEA) to report pupil attendance, local revenue, and other data to calculate funding for the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF), Special Education (AB 602), and other programs included in the Principal Apportionment.

Proposition 28: Arts and Music in Schools (AMS) Funding
The AMS web portal is used by LEAs to submit written waiver requests, reports, and certifications associated with the Proposition 28: The Arts and Music in Schools Funding Guarantee and Accountability Act.

School Level Finance Survey Reporting
A web-based application used by local educational agencies to report financial information for the School Level Finance Survey (SLFS) survey.
