Dear Select County and District Superintendents and Charter School Administrators:

Title III Immigrant Student Program Annual Online Report

The Elementary and Secondary Education Act, as reauthorized by the Every Student Succeeds Act, requires each Title III Immigrant Student Program subgrantee to accept certain assurances, including the requirement to make reports as necessary to enable the state agency to perform its duties (20 United States Code Section 3121[a-b]). In addition, the collected data will be reported to the U.S. Department of Education as required. To facilitate this reporting, the California Department of Education (CDE) has created an online report to collect specific program data for the 2024–25 school year. The online reporting system will be available to your local educational agency (LEA) from September 29, 2025, through November 12, 2025.

The report consists of two questions regarding the Title III funded programs and activities in which immigrant students in your LEA participated during the 2024–25 school year. The director or administrator who oversees the Title III immigrant student services in your agency should complete this report. Thorough, accurate, and timely data submission is critical to this reporting process.

The online report is available on the CDE Title III Immigrant Student Program Annual Online Report web page at http://www2.cde.ca.gov/title3edprogram/immlogon.aspx. To access the report, a personal identification number (PIN) is required. The PIN will be sent in a separate email following this letter.

If you have any questions regarding this subject, please contact Emma Chamberlin, Associate Governmental Program Analyst, Multilingual Support Division, by phone at 916-323-5808 or by email at TitleIIISurvey@cde.ca.gov.

Sincerely,

/s/

Alesha Moreno-Ramirez, Director
Multilingual Support Division
