Alternative Form Data Readme File 2018–19

For fiscal year 2018–19, 759 charter schools in California submitted their year-end unaudited actual (UA) financial data using the Charter School Unaudited Actuals Financial Report—Alternative Form, sometimes referred to as the “Charter Alt Form.”

The self-extracting zipped file alt1819data.exe contains two files: this readme file (alt1819readme.docx) and a Microsoft Access database, alt1819data.mdb. When executed, the files are extracted onto your PC into the default subdirectory C:\charteralternativeform1819\data. (You can change the extract directory.)

Charters 

The Charters table contains information about the Charter Schools that filed using either SACS or the Charter School Alternative Form (sometimes called the Charter Alt Form), as well as those that did not file year-end unaudited actual financial data for fiscal year 2018–19.
