Funding Description
Section 141 of Assembly Bill (AB) 130 allocates $30 million of funding to county offices of education (COEs) to provide direct services to pupils in foster care enrolled in kindergarten or grades one to twelve, inclusive. At least $5 million of this funding must be used to provide direct services to improve postsecondary education enrollment and outcomes.
