Foster Youth Services Coordinating Program 2022-24


Funding Description

Foster Youth Services Coordinating Programs (FYSCPs) coordinate with local educational agencies within its jurisdiction to ensure that they are providing services to foster youth pupils pursuant to a program plan consistent with the purpose of creating positive educational outcomes.

Eligible Applicants Local educational agencies
Required Eligibility Criteria All county offices of education (COEs) or consortia of COEs are eligible for this funding. COEs or consortia of COEs must submit a plan which reflects collaboration among county offices to establish guiding principles and protocols to provide guidelines to improve educational outcomes for pupils in foster care.
