Funding Description
The Legislature requires that the funds allocated under this grant, pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 104430(a)(3), shall be used for technical assistance, implementation strategies, and regional coordinating activities related to tobacco use prevention education. Fiscal Year 2023-24 is year one of this two-year funding opportunity.
