Other By June 30, 2025, Los Angeles Unified School District, Pasadena Unified School District, and any impacted charter schools located within those school districts may request FCMAT to conduct an evaluation of the need for additional funding and statutory changes for the 2026–27, 2027–28, and 2028–29 fiscal years as a result of the state of emergency declared by the Governor in January 2025 and provide recommendations to the Department of Finance, the Legislature, and the Superintendent of Public Instruction by November 1, 2025.
