Funding Description

The English Language Arts/English Language Development (ELA/ELD) instructional materials grant is appropriated for the Marin County Office of Education to oversee the responsibilities of the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence to partner with one or more research organizations, institutions of higher education, or other nonprofit organization with expertise in evidenced-based literacy instruction to develop guidance to support the adoption and subsequent implementation of ELA/ELD instructional materials.
