Funding Description
Foster Youth Services Coordinating Programs (FYSCPs) coordinate with local educational agencies within its jurisdiction to ensure that they are providing services to foster youth pupils pursuant to a program plan consistent with the purpose of creating positive educational outcomes.Eligibility

| Required Eligibility Criteria | All county offices of education (COEs) or consortia of county offices of education are eligible for this funding. COEs or consortia of COEs must submit a plan which reflects collaboration among county offices to establish guiding principles and protocols to provide guidelines to improve educational outcomes for pupils in foster care. |
