Timeline for the 2023-2024 Agricultural (Ag) Career Technical Education (CTE) Incentive Grant.| Date | Activity |

| March 1, 2023 | Announcement letters made available to Local Educational Agencies (LEAs). |
| March 1, 2023 - July 30, 2023 | Agriculture Education Regional Supervisors available to assist LEAs. |
| September 1, 2023 - September 15, 2023 | Regional Supervisors review and summarize applications. |
| September 15, 2023 - October 1, 2023 | Payments established and LEAs are notified. |
| October 15, 2023 | Program Enrollment Data must be completed in the Agricultural Experience Tracker (AET) system. Budget and Report of Expenditures page with actual expenditures and matching for 2022-23 due to Regional Supervisor. Future Farmers of America (FFA) membership rosters must be completed in AET and affiliation completed with the FFA Financial Services Office. |
| October 15, 2023 - December 30, 2023 | On-site and paper reviews of LEAs completed by Regional Supervisors. |
| December 1, 2023 | Allocations forwarded to LEAs. |
| October 15, 2024 | Final Budget & Report of Expenditures due to Regional Supervisor. |
