Errata for the 2027-31 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Title II: Adult Education and Family Literacy Act (WIOA) Request for Applications.

Errata

The following are corrections to the Request for Applications (RFA) for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Title II: Adult Education and Family Literacy Act (AEFLA) Program.

  1. Section 1.4 Critical Dates on pages 4 and 5.

    The critical dates table is revised to reflect the following milestone:

    Item Date

    The California Department of Education (CDE) issues responses to appeals.

    Notice of Intent to Award updates subsequently.

    By March 19, 2027

    All other dates remain unchanged.

  2. Appendix D – Pre-Award Risk Assessment Questionnaire on pages 73 through 78.

    Adjust the maximum word count for each question as follows:

    • Questions 2, 7 and 12: 50 words
    • Questions 3 – 6, 8 –11: 100 words
