Health Care Coverage and Enrollment Assistance

The California Department of Education is required to post information that provides parents and legal guardians information about health care coverage options and enrollment assistance. The Health Care Coverage posting was authorized by Assembly Bill 2706 chaptered in September 2014.

Covered California School Educator Partner ToolKit
The toolkit includes sample language for newsletters, a one-page template in Spanish and English to include in weekly messages sent home with students, a list of county-based agencies, and other helpful resources.
