Make the Switch: Chef Raean Gaddoni

The California Department of Education’s Make the Switch: Become a Teacher campaign, profiles professionals who have left non-education careers to become teachers. Chef Raean Gaddoni is a professional chef that worked in the catering and events industry and as a part-time culinary instructor at the college level before joining Argonaut High School in the Amador Unified School District in 2012 as the culinary arts instructor and Career Technical Education Department Chair.
