Additional Federal and State Monitoring

The following program conducts monitoring reviews required by federal and state law. These reviews are separate from the compliance monitoring process coordinated by the Federal Program Monitoring Office.

Civil Rights Review

The Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) ensures compliance with state and federal civil rights laws, and regulations in the delivery of education services. The OEO Office will be conducting on-site monitoring of local educational agencies (LEAs) for Civil Rights Review programs.
