To County Superintendents and Interested Parties: 

Please use this errata to update your copy of the Intent to Submit Literacy Professional Development (PD) Programs Form. This errata hereby revises as follows: 

Intent to Submit Literacy Professional Development Programs (p. 1)

Delete:

In most cases, each PD program should be submitted separately. If the program meets all criteria, submit it on its own. If the program would meet all criteria if supplemented with another program, these programs may be submitted together.

Replace with:

Each PD program should be submitted separately. The PD Provider may include supplemental materials with the submission.

Provider Fees and Payment (p. 5)

Delete: 

If necessary to ensure all criteria are fulfilled, a provider may package together several programs into one submission.
