This video explains current definitions and compares them to the previous definitions.

Topic 3: Analyzing Your Teacher Equity Data External link opens in new window or tab. (Video; 11:48)
This episode provides information on data analysis with stakeholders. Among the key topics are approaching educator assignment with an equity mindset, building equity leadership and stakeholder teams, and analyzing the appropriate data.

Topic 4: Educator Equity Root Cause Analysis External link opens in new window or tab. (Video; 12:16)
This episode provides information on conducting a root cause analysis for LEAs with disproportionate access to effective, in-field, and experienced teachers. Among the key topics are conducting a reflective data analysis, conducting a root cause analysis, and determining  an equity focus area focused on providing equitable access to teachers.

Topic 5: Engage Your Community for Root Cause Analysis External link opens in new window or tab. (Video; 6:14)
