The Instructional Leadership Corps (ILC) is a partnership among the California Teachers Association (CTA) External link opens in new window or tab., the Stanford Center for Opportunity Policy in Education (SCOPE) External link opens in new window or tab., and the National Board Resource Center at Stanford University (NBRC) External link opens in new window or tab.. The ILC is a network of teachers and other educational leaders (e.g., principals, district administrators, county office personnel) building and supporting teacher-led professional learning across California.
