Principal Apportionment Data Due Dates

The following is a list of fiscal year (FY) 2022–23 Principal Apportionment Data Collection (PADC) due dates for the First Principal (P-1), Second Principal (P-2), and Annual reporting periods. Data reporting for FY 2021–22 and after must be completed in the PADC web-based application. Refer to the Web Application Resources available on the Principal Apportionment Data Collection web page for more information and instructions.

Data reporting for FY 2020–21 and prior must be done using the PADC desktop software, available for download on the Principal Apportionment Data Collection web page. **Charter schools report P-2 data ONLY if revisions are needed. The charter school must contact the CDE in advance to gain access to the data entry screen. Physical location is considered final as of current year P-2.

Local Revenue - Due November 15, January 17, April 17, May 01, August 14
